Episcopal Church Women

This group is open to all women in the church. Outreach to our community is an integral piece of the ECW, and some of the programs helped include:

     Skycrest Elementary School - backpacks and teacher supplies

     Clothes for Kids - underwear, socks, monetary donations

     Hope Villagers: The Haven & Bay Area Pregnancy Center - baby supplies

     Hope Villes: Food Bank - monthly donations of nonperishable foods

     Metropolitan Ministries & Pinellas County Cold Weather Shelters - blankets/coats

 

Good Samaritan Church also supports organizations such as The Bishop's Charitable Fund, DaySpring Conference Center, and Episcopal Relief and Development. We were one of the founding members of FAST (Faith in Action for Strength Together), an interfaith justice network, and have long provided support for programs of Hope Villages (formerly Religious Community Services) and HEP (Homeless Empowerment Program).
